I've lived in Brevard for 8 years. I had a pest company that was popular in my neighborhood. I didn't see the guy much, but I did see his sign in my yard quarterly. I thought everything was good until I met Branden and Nicki from Brevards Pest Solutions. My wife had asked me to get a second opinion because I was told I had mice in my attic and to get rid of them it would be over $1000. Brevards Pest Solution came by and did a thorough inspection of my home, inside and out. They stated that I did not have a mice infestation and even left some baited traps to make sure. Sure enough 2 weeks later, the bait was still on the traps and no mice. Branden then educated me about pest control. Something I never got from my other company. I asked them for a quote and what he gave me was CHEAPER than my own company that I've been with for 8 years! Branden and Nicki were professional, honest and have provided a since of security that I am being taken care of. The price is fair and the service is great. You cannot go wrong with this company.
A few weeks ago, my wife heard scratching sounds coming from the attic. I avoided facing the inevitable until we heard a thump so loud, we couldn't avoid it any longer. I read reviews on Next Door about Brevard Pest Solutions and decided to call. Branden and his wife, Nicki, were on site diagnosing and treating the problem ASAP. The hard to find roof holes were professionally sealed and the traps were set. All 4 roof rats were captured, and we haven't heard a sound since. My wife is at ease and so am I. Best of all, Branden made the whole process very personable and professional, as well as affordable. His follow-up texts to make sure we were satisfied were very well received. He also cleared some trees that were against the house that were allowing ants and rats to bridge into to our home. His prices are VERY reasonable and the service is exceptional. Thank you so much!
